Steps to Admission

The following is the process for admission to Kansai International Academy and Sakura International School Elementary School.

① Online School Information Session

A school information session will be held online (Zoom meeting). If you are considering applying for your child's entrance exam, please participate in the session.

② Registration Form

The Registration form will be sent to those who attend the information session.

Admission Guideline 2024

③ Application

Application instructions will be sent via email to those who have applied.
The following three steps are required to complete the application process. Please make sure that there is no incomplete or missing information before proceeding.

1. Registration of application information
2. Payment of the examination fee
3. Submission of Application Documents

④ Examination

 The examination will be held on the date and time designated by the campus to which you apply.

⑤ Announcement of the examination results

The results will be notified by e-mail by the due date. There will be no presentation on campus regarding acceptance or rejection.

Online Information Session

We would like to inform you of the schedule of the KIA/SIS Elementary School Information Session for the year 2023 as follows. Please note that the information sessions will be held in an online style (zoom meeting).

Open School

We hold school tours for children K2 and up and their parents/guardians who are interested in transferring or enrolling in our school.
The tour is an opportunity for you to see the students and teachers in person and experience the atmosphere of the school, which is different from the online information session.
We welcome anyone who is interested in learning more about our school as well as those who are interested in transferring or enrolling in our school.
